Welcome to shells Seafood Boil. I have been Qualified chef for over 25 years and my passion is creating delicious beautiful well presented foods. I have an eye for detail, From the fresh product to the authentic herbs , spices and seasonings used. I take care to purchase and provide the best quality ingredients. Which is presented and tasted in my final dish.

I come from a large family of caterers with a background in Caribbean cuisine and have plan to expand my menu in the near future. I am based in the West Midlands and offer a collection service for my boils. I will of course delivery locally.
